Decided last week, but announced at Canterbury Faire this day (by Canon Herald on my behalf):

Unto the Crown, Peers, and Populace of Lochac,

In recognition of her great work in advancing heraldry in the Kingdom, be it know that 

Lady Fiora Vespucci 

is raised to the personal rank of 

Herald 

in the College of Heralds for the Kingdom of Lochac.

Done by my work and hand, this 15th day of January in the fifty-second year of the Society.

Lady Fiora is Tour d’Or Herald (Southron Gaard) and Astrolabe Herald (Crux Deputy keeping an eye on all groups east of me) and has done an amazing job in keeping me appraised of all the heraldic news from the Crescent Isles, even when the groups themselves may have issues with finding heralds. Her work has been meticulous and is worthy of recognition.
