Unto the Heralds and Populace of Lochac, greetings.

In case it isn’t clear, I send out these ‘monthly’ emails when I get a Letter of Acceptances and Returns (LoAR) from the College of Arms. Somehow, after only receiving the last one on June 22, we have another already!

I am still working on updating the Heralds Roster (I have it on a spreadsheet, but I want to change the format on the website – I’m working out how to do that), and I will be updating the Heralds Policy soon (keep an eye out when I ask for commentary!)

Meanwhile, the following were reported as successfully registered in June (which is the May 2017 LoAR):

Eawyn Bridie. Name and device. Azure estencelly Or, a winged ounce dormant wings elevated and addorsed argent.

Euphemia di Niccolo Ziani. Badge. Argent, a dragon in annulo vorant of its tail within an annulet of mullets azure.

Knútr Trésmiðr. Name.

Lochac, Kingdom of. Heraldic title Powder Horn Herald.

Mirabel Gellatley. Device. Per bend gules and vert, on a bend bretessed argent a triskele palewise vert between two triskeles palewise gules, in sinister chief a sheaf of arrows argent.

Serena Rigaletti. Device. Per pale engrailed argent and gules papellony argent, in dexter a dragon contourny sable.

Powder Horn Herald is a new position as a deputy to Crux. This is a role that works with both Rocket and Canon in a data management/validation capacity. The first Powder Horn Herald is Lady Emelyn ffayrhome who has mundane records management experience and will be developing how the role works with the other deputies.

Rocket Herald (or his assistant) will send out individual missives to all those with acceptances (and the one return). Huzzah for these new registrations!
